How long will it take to ship & deliver my order?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours in most cases unless there is some address discrepancy or delivery coverage issue.

All domestic orders may take approximately 5-7 business days and international orders may take approximately 7-11 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

How much will shipping cost?

Domestic orders: Shipping is offered on all domestic orders above ₹599/- and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

International orders: For deliveries outside India, Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country. These charges will have to be paid by the consignee. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges. If the consignee refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignees order value while processing the refund.

Could I change the shipping address of the order?

All changes must be emailed within 2 hours of placing an order online. If the order hasn’t been shipping yet the Shipping details can be edited.

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?

  • We gladly accept returns, exchanges or replacement of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products.
  • Products purchased during FLASH SALES or FINAL SALES (like BBIG, B2G1, Under 1999, festive sales) can only be replaced or exchanged.
  • If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at ayushdfd@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by 92 lifestyle, the return process generally takes 7-10 days.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

  • The refund process would take 7 -10 days.
  • After your return request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
  • Once picked up, it takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours. 
  • Once the quality check is successful your refund will reflect in your original or chosen method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. 
  • We request you to be patient while we work hard to process your return request. Thank you.

How do I check on my return status?

To check on your return status, Please go to mail.Please put in a return request using your Order Number or Phone No/Email. 

I received an incorrect item/ parcel, what should I do?

  • You may return or exchange products if the products received by you are incorrect, by submitting a Return Request online within 48 hours of delivery
  • If the products are still in stock, we will ship the replacement to you, this process will generally take 7- 10 days. 
  • In case the products are out of stock, our Customer Service team will reach out to you and provide you the best possible replacement.
